      • Thanks, Lizbeth! That cast-iron pan is an old hand-me-down from my lovely parents. ;) How I ended up with it, I cannot remember, but I am so grateful. It’s a 14-inch pan, and the best part is that it has a cast iron cover (actually a dutch oven lid) that fits perfectly. It’s perfectly seasoned, and we use it all the time. It was perfect for this dish.
